This is a wonderful simple yet sculptural design By Eric Lyons for the packet furniture Company Ltd. Beech laminate frame upholstered in Rexine leather cloth, a leather like vinyl , in 2 tones , the seat and the back buttons match. Related to the Linden chair and the Cromerwood range, all part of the Tecta range, developed by Lyons between 1946 and the mid 1950s. This chair dates back to 1950 and is in original fabric. It is in excellent vintage condition, there is a small tear at the back, see picture. It is minor but described for full description. A great example of English modernism and a very comfortable chair, perfect for reading
