Product information
We take every effort to provide accurate photographs and descriptions. However due to the fact that colours can vary from monitor to monitor we cannot guarantee that what you are seeing will accurately reflect the colours of the product. If you have any doubts please contact us.

Purchasing
The products on this web site are also available in our shop. Due to the fact that a number of our items are one off?s there is a chance that when you purchase from our website the product may have been sold in our shop at the same time. In the unlikely event that this should happen a full refund will be issued. 

Delivery
Delivery costs are estimated for UK deliveries only. For large items like sofas, chairs etc no delivery price will be added and you will need to arrange delivery. We can provide delivery but will need to quote beforehand. Should you want us to deliver the item we will need payment for delivery before the item is shipped.
If you are an overseas customer we will endeavour to get the product shipped to you but you will be responsible for all costs including delivery, import duties etc that may arise.

Payments
All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not deal with or hold any of your payment details. We cannot be held responsible for the PayPal website.

Refunds
If you are not happy with a product we will refund or exchange the item provided the product is returned to us in the same condition as provided within in 7 days of delivery.

Privacy
If you subscribe to out newsletter we will keep a record of your email address on our database. At no time will we ever knowingly share this information with any one else. This information is protected by user name and password. However due to the fact that our website and database are out-sourced we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% secure. If you have subscribed to our newsletter and wish to be removed go to our un-subscribe section, enter you email address and press the unsubscribe button. Your email address will be permanently removed from our database and you will receive no further email newsletters from us.
