A iconic mid-century "rocket" floor lamp. The futuristic design was inspired by the beginning of space exploration in the 1950s. Featuring an orange spun fiberglass or string-wrapped cylindrical shade and wooden tripod base. Popular in the 1960s and 1970s and are associated with the Space Age and Danish Modern design movements.
