The construction is simple and sturdy, suggesting it was built to last for play. The front focade of the house slides open to access the rooms inside .In good condition despite being played with.
Kaybot Wheeler Ltd was a company that produced dollhouse items, including miniature food and dollhouses themselves, operating from around the late 1940s to the 1980s.
