The backstamp includes the word "England," which indicates it was produced after 1891 to comply with US trade - These specific plates were crafted in the late Victorian era, with many examples dating from around 1891 to 1900.
Pattern: It features the classic "Willow Pattern" design, which typically depicts a pagoda, three figures on a bridge, a person in a boat, two flying birds, and a weeping willow tree.
