Heavyweight art glass with small irregular bubbles throughout, large ground pontil to base, scratches to rim of base commensurate with age. Very solid quality piece, weighs 1.77kg

Vintage 1970s vase, made of thick glass using the bubbled glass technique, with numerous air inclusions within the glass. Beautiful amethyst purple color with a very attractive gradient of transparency depending on the light. High-quality craftsmanship, in the style of Biot productions. Organic, understated shape and very stable thanks to its wide base. Height: 20 cm. Base diameter: 18.5 cm. Neck diameter: 4 cm. Very good overall condition. No cracks or chips. Note: a few very slight surface scratches, almost invisible.
