This is a very attractive bottle chiller/ holder and a very clever design, it holds the bottle separately from the ice, which forms a little mote round the bottle shaft, so you bottle isn't sitting in the water, dripping on you when you come to pour. Beautifully etched with decorative pattern featuring two brass handles .The bottle holder part is 9.3 cm wide - this will hold a standard bottle of champagne or wine but not a magnum bottle. Total width is 18.5 cm x 20 cm tall. It has no makers mark. I think this is an indian item based on the style of the decorative etching and that they produce hand made metal pieces still to this day .
