Item as pictured, securely packaged, speedily delivered. Very happy! After reading one of the reviews, I contacted Megan with a query about the postage and she offered alternative options and was happy to help. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Would recommend both the jug and the shop!

Lovely gravy jug. Postage cost more than the jug, which I found quite strange. Jug was £8, postage was £8.60 - for that I expected it to be next day delivery, but it was regular delivery. I needed another jug and needless to say I searched elsewhere on the internet and found the same jug for £7.50 with an acceptable £4 postage. I would love to know why their postage is so high.
