A very elegant Ice bowl with tongs. Marked by the maker beneath( C L , v. m. mounts) there are no marks stating the metal except on the tongs which says brass. The plating has rubbed off in places - I love this patina- brought about from years of being used. The bowl sits on a foot with 2 little handles either side and a chunk rope detail edge. A very classy addition to your home bar
